On Labor Day, Portal messaged Michigan Drain of my clogged basement laundry drain. Flow slowed and eventually started backing up into open washtub. Delayed next load. Additionally, upstairs kitchen sink and dishwasher discharged into same pipe just before laundry merged. Occasional delays draining in kitchen began showing there also. MI Drain responded same day. Came out next day. Fixed in under 30minutes. Thought pricing reasonable.

The boys did amazing work! My drains were backed up all weekend and of course when they came this morning they were draining. However they still did the job and now I know with peace of mind the pipes shouldn’t backup again. They were very friendly and made the process feel easy. I appreciate their help and knowledge and I even got to talk a little Anime with them 🥰. I will definitely call them again if I need more help!
